Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and covered.

• 3.
  Package Your Eyewear

  Place the glasses in their original protective case and box to prevent damage during transit, then securely attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
